Barry C. Diggins,
President
Mr. Diggins graduated from Towson University with a Bachelors
Degree in Business and Finance and has been in charge of
multiple financial services branches for the last 21 years. He
has won several awards for sales and management prior to
starting his own company. An accredited speaker for Fannie
Mae, Barry Diggins is featured in several of their marketing
materials for his company’s use of their online mortgage loan
approval technology. Mr. Diggins also holds both a Life and
Title Agent license and has sat on the Board of Directors for
a publicly traded financial services company for more than
four years.
Julie Hofferbert,
Chief Executive Officer
Ms. Hofferbert graduated from Mount Saint Mary’s college with
a Bachelors Degree in Business and Finance and has held senior
management positions in the mortgage and financial services
industry for more than 18 years. She has won several top
producer awards throughout her career for her innovative
thinking and hands on style of management. In addition to her
many responsibilities at RMS, Ms. Hofferbert also maintains
licenses to sell Life and Disability Insurance in Maryland.
