settlement”… Many of the loans that we close at Residential
& FreshStart Mortgage Solutions

preceded by a “house call” by one of our experienced mortgage
consultants. At the appointment, several options are proposed
and recommendations are made based on what is most important
to you the customer. RMS insists on putting all proposals in
writing so that communication is clear and that a trust is
built between our customers and our company. Our sales staff
has been trained to keep all clients informed throughout the
loan process.
